Acceptable Use Policy

KOST Pantry sells only ambient, shelf-stable packaged food. We do not list, sell or facilitate:

• Alcohol or alcoholic products.
• Dietary supplements, vitamins, medicines or anything making health, treatment or weight-loss claims.
• Fresh, chilled or frozen goods requiring a cold chain.

Product descriptions are limited to flavour, origin, use and ingredients, with allergens declared.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to breach import/export or food-safety laws in your country.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent or another person's payment or delivery details.
• Do not scrape, resell or misrepresent our content or products in breach of our content licence.

You must be 18 or older to purchase. Those aged 13–17 may only use the service with parental consent and supervision; under-13s may not register or order. See our terms.
