Refund and Return Policy

For food safety and hygiene, opened food items cannot be returned or refunded once the seal is broken, unless they were faulty on arrival. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your box arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected items. Email support@kutkosfoosto.shop.

Where the law gives you a cancellation or change-of-mind right, unopened kits in their original condition may be returned within the applicable statutory period. Perishable and sealed food items opened after delivery are excluded, as above. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

You can cancel a membership at any time in your customer portal. A box that has already been dispatched for the current cycle is not refundable, but you will not be charged for future cycles after cancellation. A cycle you skip before dispatch is not charged. Membership carries no stored value or credits to refund.

Approved refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Destination import duties and taxes are set by your local authorities and are non-refundable by us. Please check your local rules before ordering. See our shipping and delivery policy.
