Shipping and Delivery Policy

KOST Pantry ships ambient, shelf-stable food kits worldwide. This policy explains costs, timing, carriers and customs.
1. Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. We only ship ambient, shelf-stable packaged food and do not offer cold-chain, chilled, frozen or same-day local delivery.
2. Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $6 per order, shown at checkout in USD. Pantry Club and Pantry Curator members receive free standard shipping on catalogue orders.
3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–12 business days depending on destination. You will receive tracking by email once your box ships. Membership boxes dispatch at the start of each cycle.
4. Carriers
We use established postal and courier carriers appropriate to your destination. Carriers receive only the name and delivery address needed to deliver your box, as described in our privacy policy.
5. Customs, duties and food import rules
As the recipient, you are responsible for any destination import duties, taxes and local food-import regulations. These are determined by your local authorities, are calculated by your destination, and are not included in our prices. Please check your local rules before ordering.
6. Delivery issues
If a box is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@kutkosfoosto.shop within 30 days and we will help resolve it under our refund and return policy.
