How long does delivery take?
Kits are packed ambient and shipped worldwide. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 12 business days depending on destination. You will receive tracking by email once your box ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Any destination import duties or taxes are determined by your local rules and are your responsibility as the recipient.
How do I check allergens?
Every kit page lists its declared allergens, an allergen note, best-before guidance and origin. Always confirm suitability against the physical pack labels on delivery. We provide information only and do not give medical or nutritional advice.
Can I return food?
For food safety, opened food items cannot be returned. If a box arrives damaged, incorrect or with a missing item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. See the refund policy for details.
How does membership work?
Pantry Club and Pantry Curator deliver a curated box each cycle with member pricing. You can skip, pause or cancel any cycle in your customer portal. Skipping a cycle means no charge and no box that cycle. There are no credits or stored value.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices and payments are in USD, processed securely by Stripe.
